Aktirak Corporation is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing for our AI specialist subscription services.

1. Subscription Model

Aktirak.ai operates on a subscription-based model with the following tiers:

  • Free Trial: Limited access to explore the platform
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
  • Annual Subscriptions: Billed annually, discounted rate
  • Enterprise Plans: Custom billing arrangements

2. Free Trial Period

New users receive a free trial period to evaluate our services:

  • No credit card required during trial
  • Full access to platform features during trial
  • Cancel anytime during trial with no charges
  • Automatic conversion to paid plan only with explicit consent

3. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • No cancellation fees
  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • No refund for partial months

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime, but no partial year refunds
  • Access continues until end of annual term
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If our platform experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using the service (more than 24 consecutive hours)
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to our error
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • First Month Satisfaction: Pro-rated refund within first 30 days if you're not satisfied (one-time per customer)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Partial month subscriptions after cancellation
  • Annual subscriptions after the first 30 days
  • Services already rendered by AI specialists
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after using services beyond trial period

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our billing team
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation
  4. We will review and respond within 5 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: Up to 10 business days
  • We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods

8. Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge:

  • Contact us first before initiating a chargeback
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • False chargebacks may result in account termination

9. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing:

  • 30 days advance notice for price increases
  • Current subscribers maintain their rate until renewal
  • Option to cancel before price increase takes effect

10. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers have custom refund terms outlined in their service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.
